  • 4 oz coconut cream (full fat)
  • 2 tablespoon melted coconut butter
  • 1/2 tbsp almond butter
  • 6 oz coconut drinking milk (unsweetened)
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • Dash of cinnamon powder

How to Make LCHF Coconut Milkshake?

Before making the milkshake, it would be great if you could leave the coconut cream in the freezer for 45 minutes. By freezing it, you will be able to make a milkshake, instead of a regular smoothie. So, once the coconut cream is in solid state, put it in the blender jar, together with the rest of the ingredients.

You could only leave cinnamon for later, that is, to use it as garnish. However, if you have a sweet tooth, put a pinch of cinnamon in the blender as it will give the milkshake some sweetness. Alternatively, you can add stevia to make it even tastier.

Ifyou have a high-speed centrifugal blender, you won’t need to let it work for a long time. In that case, the milkshake should be done is just a couple seconds. On the other hand, if you’re using a masticating or some other type of slow-speed juicer, you will need to let it blend for at least a minute.

As all of the ingredients are rather soft and creamy, you can make this milkshake with almost any blender. Furthermore, you can even use a shaker to make this drink.
