It does contain fruit sugar, as well as alcohol, which is why drinking it on a daily basis is not recommended. Still, you can award yourself with one glass from time to time.

How to Make Healthy Pina Colada?
When it comes to making our version of pina colada, it is pretty easy and fast, as all you need to do is put all of the ingredients into a blender and let it blend for about 10-15 seconds.
Note that in the traditional recipe for pina colada, the main alcoholic ingredient is rum. However, rum is full of sugar, which is why it’s not a good choice even for a cheat day. The reason why we decided on using vodka is the fact that there is zero carbs in this drink.
Of course, if you don’t want to drink any alcohol, you can a virgin pina colada. The recipe is basically the same, with the only exception being the lack of vodka. Instead, you can add more pineapple juice or fresh water.
